About the role: We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to drive and expand our B2B growth within the corporate segment. In this role, you will go beyond individual sales targets to own key accounts, shape client strategies, and contribute to Amanleek’s overall growth direction. You will act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, building long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities to deliver high-impact insurance solutions. Job Responsibilities & Duties: Drive B2B sales and own revenue targets within the corporate segment Lead strategic outreach efforts through networking, referrals, and targeted account acquisition Identify client needs and deliver consultative, tailored insurance solutions based on in-depth analysis Manage and optimize the full sales cycle, ensuring high conversion and client satisfaction Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers Act as a point of contact for key accounts, ensuring retention and growth opportunities Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding and high-quality service delivery Track, analyze, and report on pipeline performance, providing data-driven insights and forecasts Contribute to refining sales strategies, go-to-market plans, and pricing approaches Provide structured market feedback and competitive insights to support product and business decisions Support and guide junior team members when needed, sharing best practices and field insights Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate sales roles in the insurance industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex client needs Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to build trust and influence decision-makers at different organizational levels Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong sense of ownership and accountability Benefits A culture that values ownership, innovation, and continuous growth.
