Description
  • You should already know what successful B2B selling requires.We are looking for:3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, with direct experience selling corporate services, business setup, accounting or closely related professional services.
  • UAE sales experience, ideally including at least two years working with local business owners and decision-makers.
  • A verifiable record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
  • Evidence that you can generate your own opportunities and convert company-generated leads.
  • Strong English communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Additional languages relevant to our clients are an advantage.
  • The commercial judgment to qualify opportunities, protect pricing and focus on business we can deliver profitably.
  • Consistent CRM use, organised follow-up and realistic forecasting.
  • The judgment to involve qualified specialists in technical, tax or legal questions and make accurate commitments to clients.
  • Your performance will be measured by business won and revenue collected.Your scorecard will cover new paying clients, collected service revenue, recurring fees secured, conversion rates, deal profitability and pipeline quality.During your first 90 days, you will be expected to master the service offering, establish a qualified pipeline and demonstrate progress against agreed ramp-up targets. You should be able to explain where each serious opportunity stands, what is preventing a decision and what happens next.The opportunity comes with clear ownership.A fixed salary plus performance-based commission, with the package discussed during selection.
  • Direct reporting to the VP Sales.
  • Collaboration with service specialists and delivery teams.
  • Responsibility for developing business across the UAE and relevant international markets.
