The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This role is crucial for driving growth and expanding our reach within the FMCG and HORECA sectors, particularly in hygiene and cleaning products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strong relationships within the industry, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the FMCG and HORECA sectors. - Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Conduct market research to understand trends and identify potential clients. - Collaborate with marketing to create effective promotional strategies and campaigns. - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients. - Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability. - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies. - Provide regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. - Minimum 5 years of experience in business development in the FMCG or HORECA sectors. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Strong understanding of hygiene and cleaning products is highly desirable. - Excellent networking and relationship-building skills. - Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. - Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. - Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
