We’re seeking a well-connected and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to lead our market expansion efforts across EMEA. In this strategic role, you’ll leverage your established network within European sports to drive high-level business development initiatives across our comprehensive product portfolio, including Personnel, Operations, and Performance solutions. You’ll engage directly with ownership, C-suite Executives, Sporting Directors, and other senior decision-makers to position Teamworks as the premier technology partner for elite sports organizations.

THE IDEAL RECRUIT - SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Established connections with premier sports industry networks
  • Experience selling technology solutions or services to elite sports organizations
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple EMEA leagues and cultural contexts effectively
  • Track record of closing high-value deals through relationship-based selling approaches
  • Experience mentoring junior sales professionals and contributing to team development
  • Comfort with flexible working arrangements and ability to travel for key industry events and client meetings
  • Multilingual capabilities, with particular strength in languages prevalent across target European markets
