The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company within the software industry. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment, with potential for career advancement and professional development. Responsibilities: - Identify and Research potential clients and business opportunities within the software industry in the UAE market. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. - Develop and implement strategies for business growth and market expansion. - Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to promote the company’s products and services. - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our software solutions. - Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring successful onboarding and handover to the account management team. - Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. - Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, pipeline, and achievements to the management team. - Ability to work Independently for establishing a strong a Presence in the UAE market for the Company’s Products

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the software industry, preferably in the UAE market. - Strong understanding of software products, services, and solutions, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach. - Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, with the ability to analyze data and generate insights for decision-making. - Fluency in English & Malayalam is required, Arabic language skills are a plus. - Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
