Senior Business Development Executive

Salary Package: AED 3,500 – 4,000/month

About the Role

Inspire Education Group is looking for a Senior Business Development Executive with experience in the education sector to drive student admissions, achieve sales targets, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive student admissions and enrollment for assigned programs.
• Handle leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospects into admissions.
• Achieve monthly admission & revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with students and prospective clients.
• Counsel students and recommend suitable courses/programs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
• Contribute to new business opportunities and overall revenue growth.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably in the education sector.
• Proven track record in admission closing and target achievement.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• UAE experience in education/admissions will be an advantage.
