JOB TITLE: SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Location: Dubai, UAE
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive with 3-6 years of experience to join our team. This position requires a driven and ambitious individual to help expand our business . The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to identify new opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-6 years of experience in Business Development within Real Estate, Event Management, or Translation Services industries.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Knowledge of the real estate, event management, or translation services market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Female candidates from CSI (Commonwealth of Independent States) countries preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline in the assigned industry (Real Estate, Event Management, or Translation).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new leads and industry trends.
  • Create and present tailored proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
