Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, extensive knowledge of social media strategies, and experience working in or with marketing agencies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans for the marketing agency.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, brands, and partners.
  • Lead proposal development, pitches, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  1. Social Media Strategy and Management:
  • Leverage social media expertise to identify opportunities for client growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop integrated marketing strategies that include social media campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to enhance agency offerings.
  1. Client and Project Management:
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are met.
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, and marketing teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through exceptional communication and service.
  1. Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and revenue growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on client and project outcomes to measure success.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within a marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and social media.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with digital marketing, content creation, and brand strategy.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Established network within the marketing and advertising industry.
