REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2–3 years’ sales experience in media, advertising, or production industry.
A strong client network in Dubai/GCC is required, along with knowledge of the real estate industry - particularly the Dubai market.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
Should have a valid UAE driving license, own a personal vehicle, and will receive reimbursement for travel expenses.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of digital marketing and content trends is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within media, production, advertising, or creative industries, and will be passionate about building relationships, closing deals, and driving revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and generate new business opportunities for studio services (video production, photography, podcasting, rentals).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies, brands, and direct clients.
Pitch creative solutions tailored to client needs.
Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth project delivery.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
