Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team in the frozen meat products sector at Thomsun Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the food & beverage industry, experience in B2B sales, and a passion for building long-term client relationships. Your primary goal will be to drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and increasing sales of our frozen meat products.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3- 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the food, FMCG, or frozen meat industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel locally as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in selling frozen meat or foodservice products.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and cold chain logistics.
  • Existing network within the HORECA or retail sectors.
  • UAE Market experience is a must

Responsibilities
  • Market Research & Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential customers including restaurants, hotels, caterers, wholesalers, supermarkets, and distributors.

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Reach out to prospective clients, schedule meetings, deliver product presentations, and close sales deals.

  • Sales & Revenue Growth:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell related products to existing customers.

  • Territory Management:

Plan and manage sales activities within an assigned geographical area or market segment.

  • Product Knowledge & Promotion:

Stay informed about product specifications, pricing, promotions, and market competition. Educate clients on the advantages and applications of the products.

  • Customer Support:

Ensure post-sale support, including order processing, delivery coordination, and handling any customer concerns or feedback.

  • Reporting & CRM:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress using CRM software. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
