SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVEOUR TEAM

Vista Corporate Solutions (VCS) is a business unit within Vista that supports mid-sized companies and small resellers with tailored solutions. ProShop helps businesses simplify the creation and ordering of branded print and promotional products, ensuring consistency across teams. ProAdvantage empowers small resellers to focus on their creative work and growing their business, while we handle fulfilment. VCS is all about making branding and growth easier for businesses of all sizes.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5–10 years of Business Development experience, including work with C-level executives and sophisticated partnerships
  • 3+ years of media or marketing agency sales experience (desirable)
  • Strong background in high-target, fast-paced commercial environments
  • Proven experience using Salesforce extensively
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • Experience in eCommerce or print industry (desirable)
  • Customer-facing and client engagement experience

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and details
  • Proven ability to match customer needs with tailored business solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and commercial acumen
  • Solid understanding of graphic design, pre-press, print, and manufacturing processes
  • Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal, especially over phone and email

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

As a key member of the VCS team, you’ll be responsible for identifying and acquiring high-value, medium to large businesses as new VCS Partners. Passionate about strategic, high-potential prospects, you’ll drive growth across our flagship solutions, including ProShop and Impact. This platform-agnostic role plays a critical part in implementing our customer acquisition strategy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Identify, qualify, and acquire large, strategically aligned partners through outbound prospecting.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline, converting leads into engaged customers efficiently.
  • Research target organisations and connect with key decision-makers via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support smooth partner transitions and long-term growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and sales activity in Salesforce to track progress and inform future outreach.
  • Handle multiple high-volume activities while keeping communication clear and proactive.
  • Lead partner handoff by following implementation guidelines and coordinating with onboarding teams.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and special projects as assigned by the Head of Sales & Partnerships.
