We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Business Development & Investment Strategist to drive growth and innovation within a dynamic financial environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset management, private equity, or structured finance, combined with an established network of institutional investors, family offices, and independent asset managers.

PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of experience in investment management, private equity, structured products, or wealth management.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Extensive network within institutional investors, family offices, and UHNW individuals.
  • Deep understanding of both traditional and alternative investment solutions.
  • Ability to navigate complex financial structures and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in French and English; other languages a plus.
  • A track record of successfully building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
  • Swiss resident.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to attract new investment opportunities and partnerships.
  • Identify and onboard high-potential investment solutions, including private market strategies, alternative funds, and structured products.
  • Leverage an extensive network to bring in new clients, investors, and strategic partners.
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor emerging trends in fintech, alternative investments, and banking innovation.
  • Collaborate with investment teams to assess and structure innovative financial solutions.
  • Act as a thought leader, representing the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Support the incubation of new financial technologies and business models within the investment space.
