Description
Koinz is looking for a results-driven and strategic Senior Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing commercial team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can identify and unlock new business opportunities, build strong relationships with potential partners, and drive new revenue growth. You will own the business development cycle end-to-end — from prospecting and market scanning to meetings, negotiations, and deal closure. You will work closely with internal teams to align on opportunities, ensure smooth onboarding of new partners, and contribute directly to Koinz’s expansion, revenue growth, and market presence. Key Responsibilities Proactively scan the market to identify new business opportunities, prospects, and partnership potential Conduct outbound outreach through calls, messages, and emails to initiate conversations with potential partners Manage the full business development cycle from first contact through meetings, negotiations, and deal closure Lead and participate in client meetings (online and in-person), clearly communicating the company’s value proposition Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth onboarding after deal closure Track activities, meetings, and pipeline progress using CRM or internal tools Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and networking opportunities Requirements & Experience 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related commercial role Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or account acquisition Strong background in prospecting, cold calling, and managing client meetings Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities in parallel Strong business acumen and problem-solving mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
