Description The Lead of Business Development will manage the company’s global growth initiatives through identifying, securing, and managing strategic partnerships and commercial collaborations. This role is responsible for driving OEM/ODM relationships, managing external manufacturers, exploring merger and acquisition opportunities, and sourcing new business opportunities across multiple categories, including energy-based devices (EBD), regenerative medicine, injectables, and skincare. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage OEM/ODM and manufacturing partnerships, from identification and negotiation through integration and ongoing performance management. Lead all commercial and contractual aspects of partnerships, including pricing, licensing, exclusivity, and IP, in collaboration with Legal and Finance teams. Drive strategic business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities across regenerative medicine, injectables, and skincare categories. Support M&A and strategic alliance activities, conducting financial and market assessments to build strong business cases. Ensure cross-functional alignment with R&D, Operations, and Product Management to secure smooth technical and operational execution of partnerships. Collaborate with regional teams and local agents to facilitate market entry, maintain consistency in global strategy, and maximize partnership impact. Requirements BA – mandatory. MBA - advantage 5-7 years in Business Development Roles, Partnership Management, Sales Management Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills. Proven ability to negotiate, manage contracts, and maintain partner relationships. Strong analytical skills for market, financial, and competitive research. Effective cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Operations, Product, Legal, and Finance teams. High degree of independence, ownership, and accountability. Strategic mindset with solid business acumen and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform and adapt in a fast-paced, global environment. This role requires substantial travel abroad. Willingness to travel is mandatory.
