In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our partner's impact in the healthcare industry, working closely with C-level and VP-level stakeholders across multiple states. Your ability to build trusted relationships and provide tailored solutions will be critical to driving growth and success. You will manage a diverse territory and leverage your knowledge of healthcare operations to create impactful partnerships and drive sales initiatives. The role is designed for a self-starter who can thrive in a dynamic remote environment. \n Accountabilities Prospect and build relationships with health systems, hospitals, and public sector healthcare entities. Identify and engage key decision-makers including CFOs and CEOs. Drive the full sales cycle from outreach to contract negotiation. Maintain a healthy pipeline through disciplined territory management and CRM documentation. Leverage internal SMEs for successful client handoffs and satisfaction. Participate in industry events and client meetings for relationship development. Travel for client meetings and team collaborations as needed (25%-50%). Requirements Strong understanding of healthcare operations and revenue cycle functions. Existing relationships and proven success in healthcare sales. Ability to engage senior executives in consultative sales. Track record of exceeding growth goals within healthcare providers. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both virtual and in-person. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years in growth-related roles. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot. Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Understanding of the hospital revenue cycle and competitive landscape.
