Your responsibilities

As (Senior) Business Development Manager (all genders) you will be part of an organization that is still in the process of being established. Use your knowledge to shape our Growth Unit and actively promote the company’s growth. Your tasks include:

  • Growth initiatives: development of outbound as well as inbound strategies, independent development of new customers - you know where to find prospects, when and how best to approach them!
  • Networking: Building & contributing a business-relevant network - with your winning personality you can maintain and build both internal and external relationships.
  • Market analysis: Benchmark, competitors, trends, digitalization - you have an eye on the digitalization market and recognize shifts, opportunities and risks at an early stage and adapt your strategy accordingly!
  • Sales management: create pitches with real added value in the customer’s value chain, finalize offers - you manage the project until it is handed over to an account manager.
