Responsibilities

ROLE

As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will help to implement and deliver the business’ growth strategy, focusing on expanding the current client base, cultivating strong relationships with both new and existing clients, and uncovering new business opportunities across all sectors.
Working as part of an established team, you will utilise your network and experience to maintain and develop relationships and implement strategies to compliment growth plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate and execute a strategic business development plan in line with the company’s sales plan to meet agreed targets
  • Individual target achievement to contribute towards the overall team target to meet the growth forecast
  • Establish a 12-to-24-month pipeline of opportunities
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within the end user market
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers with organisations, property developers, project managers, employer’s agents, architects and designers and other potential clients
  • Lead negotiations and manage opportunities, ensuring the client needs align with services and ambitions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform and refine business strategies
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and relevant exhibitions and conferences
  • Create, manage, analyse and communicate data including gap analysis to enable effective management of the business
