Job Description:
Join AXA Global Healthcare as a Senior Business Development Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our growth within the SME market. In this key position, you’ll be responsible for building strong relationships, supporting our existing AGH portfolio, and identifying new business opportunities to drive expansion. With a shared global responsibility for managing our SME and Individual Intermediary sales channels, you’ll demonstrate our commitment to and the importance of the Intermediated SME market, helping to deliver tailored healthcare solutions that meet our clients’ needs worldwide.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the intermediary channel for SME.
  • Support and grow the existing AGH SME portfolio through strong relationship management and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and strengthen intermediary relationships, increasing their understanding of the AGH proposition.
  • Provide regular updates on service improvements and collaborate with intermediaries to enhance their experience.
  • Source, onboard, and develop new intermediaries to expand the portfolio.
  • Support the Business Development team through coaching, upskilling, and joint initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure timely renewal of existing AGH business.
  • Collaborate with local partners and cross-functional teams globally to develop multi-tier relationships and secure portfolio growth.
