REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree preferably in Marketing/ Advertising or Business related discipline
  • 3-5 years’ relevant business development experience in digital media/ programmatic advertising industry. Candidates with experience in the travel retail industry are preferred.
  • With strong relationships and connections in advertising & media industry
  • Understanding of Chinese media/ social media and consumer behavior
  • Proactive, innovative; confident and result-oriented
  • Able to work under pressure and adaptable to continuous changes
  • Fluent English & Mandarin
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities with key digital agencies and major ad spenders in Singapore
  • Lead the organisation of agency roadshow to update agency partners on the latest digital trend in Singapore
  • Establish and nurture key relationships with clients and agencies (especially with their senior management) to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue
  • Manage sales pipeline and reach for individual and team sales targets
  • Project coordination with clients and internal teams; ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and market developments to inform strategic decision-making and identify new business opportunities
