Responsibilities: Drive, execute strategies and campaigns to achieve business targets. Identify and work on the development of new key segments and potential product offerings. Provide quotation for new business within authorized underwriting limits Develop and maintain strong relationship with brokers to meet business objectives and to secure a long-term partnership. Serves as a subject matter expert for brokers enquiries. Manage broker administration and file maintenance Regular touch points with brokers to identify upsell and cross sell opportunities Regular business reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Proactively manage the relationship process and strengthen the business relationship with key broker partners Track and feedback overall brokers experience to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement Ability to Present to external and internal stakeholders Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Possess Certifications in BCP, CGI, PGI, HI At least 8-10 years of relevant experience Experience in General Insurance Industry Experience in managing end-to-end marketing process Good communication skills High energy and driven to meet sales target Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build credibility quickly Equip with knowledge and Experience in all GI product Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage to all job roles 77872 | Sales & Distribution | Professional | Non-Executive | Allianz Singapore | Full-Time | Permanent
