Responsibilities Business Development Proactively explore new business opportunities through networking, social media, joining exhibitions and conference, as well as through market research Develop and manage relationships with targeted accounts and their business leaders to ensure BSI is well placed to win new business and/ or maintain and grow existing business. Coordinate requirements, develop and negotiate contracts and integrate contract requirements with business operations to close new business deals. Arrange client meeting to understand customer needs and to present our products and services Customer Account Management Proactively keep track of customers’ needs and satisfaction level to encourage existing customers to continue using our products/ services, and issue renewal contracts. Identify and capture additional needs from existing customers to up-sell / cross-sell more products and services. Managing Sales Process Ensure full set of signed contract and customers’ company profile are passed over to operation team for scheduling products/service delivery as soon as possible. Requirements University Degree level or equivalent education Experienced in sales and business development Energetic with an “Hungry for Sales” attitude, be result and KPI driven Enjoy achieving and over-achieving targets Strong connection with ICT, Financial sectors Good command of spoken and written English.
