About the role Our Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth across the Eastern European markets. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships and leading sales initiatives to expand Superscripts footprint in Eastern Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Eastern European Tech and Fintech landscape, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in new business development. What you'll get up to: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the Eastern European Tech market, including identifying which key verticals to focus on, FinTech, MedTech, AI, SaaS, Gaming etc. Engage, and secure new clients through desk outreach as well as in person meetings. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers. Lead sales efforts, including pipeline management, lead generation, and deal closure. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing & Partnerships to align business development efforts with company goals, including delivery RFP’s. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in Poland & across Eastern Europe. Monitor and report on key business development metrics and performance indicators. About you: 5+ years of experience in business development, new business & strategic client relationship management targeting Technology businesses. Strong understanding of Eastern European business regulations, market trends, and competitive landscape. Proven track record of successfully closing deals and driving revenue growth. Experience negotiating and building relationships with key stakeholders Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to travel as required.
