SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER ENT BASED IN SINGAPORE

The Sr. Business Development Manager ENT ASEAN will be responsible for establishing a sustainable growth of the business in third party seller markets and direct markets. Ensure that our ASEAN strategy is aligned with the global strategy and achieve the goals for the region (Revenue and STTP%). This professional will strengthen the relationship with KOLs in each country of the region and will help with the implementation and execution of the MedEd strategy, identifying medical education needs to support the business. This professional will also deliver in-person and virtual training sessions, field coaching, and workshops to enhance sales knowledge and effectiveness to ensure goals are met. They will be responsible for in country marketing execution and effectiveness with distributors.

Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Reach the sales objectives for the indirect and direct (if applicable) channels.
  • Initiate and follow up on the right targets (new customer acquisition) to grow the business.
  • Find and develop opportunities inside the region to maintain/accelerate the strategy and accomplish objectives (i.e. new countries, new distributors, market segmentation and targeting, close territories)
  • Identify needs of the market and create a plan to fulfil them (i.e. medical education, sales training).
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions, field coaching, and workshops to enhance commercial effectiveness to ensure goals are met.
  • Closely execute strategy with sales agents/distributors to get the expected results.
  • Present the strategy to all Third-Party Sellers (TPS) to make sure that they have the same business vision and objectives.
  • Propose new business models and follow up on them to guarantee share gain.
  • Business reviews with each TPS to ensure they are achieving objectives.
  • Renew contracts with the TPS.
  • Analyze and adjust in-market pricing, considering COGS and current market prices to maximize revenue and profit.
  • Follow up on PO and shipments for distributors
  • Participate and be accountable in the product forecast input for all the countries.
  • Negotiate and implement participation in congresses.
  • Comply with all guidelines established in the code of conduct and business ethics (Compliance) to ensure that the reputation and good name of the company can be maintained in a comprehensive manner.

Success in the role will require a combination of technical knowledge, soft skills, and a deep understanding of both the business and service-providing sides of an organization. Successful candidates would need the following:

  • 8 years of experience in healthcare/medical device sales or business development preferably in ENT
  • Proven track record of success in identifying, evaluating, and developing new markets opportunities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaborativel
