We are a fast-growing premium health-supplement brand headquartered in Beverly Hills. Now we’re scaling national retail & pharmacy channels (CVS, Walgreens, Target, GNC, etc.). We need a hands-on, deal-closing Senior Business Development Manager to own the entire B2B revenue line.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE IN ONE SENTENCE

Bring our supplements to every major U.S. shelf, end-to-end: prospect → pitch → close → launch → optimize.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the full B2B sales cycle—from prospecting and buyer outreach to contract negotiation, launch execution, and sell-through optimization—across national pharmacy, mass, specialty, and club channels.
  • Build and maintain a prioritized pipeline of 50+ qualified retail accounts; secure new distribution in 200 incremental doors per year while exceeding annual revenue targets.
  • Lead retailer negotiations on pricing, promotional calendars, slotting, and marketing funds; finalize Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and annual volume agreements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-time product launches, compliant packaging (COAs, Prop 65, labeling), and flawless execution.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize product placement and in-store marketing strategies.
  • Train distributor reps on product benefits, selling stories, and promotional mechanics; coordinate field merchandising to maintain shelf presence and compliance.
  • Prepare weekly and quarterly dashboards (doors, velocity, churn, ROI) and present actionable insights to senior leadership and retail buyers.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor launches, and regulatory changes; translate insights into new channel or product opportunities.
  • Support future expansion into Hispanic-majority U.S. markets and Latin American retail channels as needed.
