REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (or equivalent experience) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing with a strong focus on product knowledge.
• Experience working in startups and local companies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sales channels, including HORECA, Modern Trade, Online Retail, B2B, and B2C.
• Strong ability to deliver compelling sales pitches and product presentations.
• Proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and implement best practices in the absence of set policies or procedures.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multi-cultural teams.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
