Arla Foods’ International Zone – covering our high-potential “Rest-of-World” (RoW) region – is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our Copenhagen-based team. This is a unique opportunity to partner directly with senior leadership, influence high-stakes decisions, and help shape the future of a global leader in FMCG.

  • Several years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy; alternatively, experience as a strategy manager/lead in an international company
  • Strong academic foundation in Business Administration or a related field
  • Robust strategy toolkit: business case development, structured problem solving, clear communication, project and program management
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Fluency in English
Responsibilities

Executive advisory & support:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of the region/SVP and RoW Leadership Team, helping them make informed decisions and manage workflows efficiently
  • Conduct research and prepare impactful, executive-ready presentations and briefings
  • Drive and facilitate the meeting cadence (agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-ups)

Strategy development & execution:

  • Drive the implementation of our Future28 Strategy through the annual business planning process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic initiatives for short- and long-term impact
  • Be proactive in developing project plans, setting goals, allocating resources, and driving progress to meet our objectives
