Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and commercial solutions to expand Grocery and unexplored channels.
  • Manage key Grocery customers by building strong joint business plans, data-driven forecasts, and consistent promotional plans.
  • Negotiate and close annual agreements while improving the impact of the assigned budget throughout the year.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as the face of LEGO® Italy.
  • Align product listings with shopper insights and customer needs.
  • Coordinate the work of the Field Sales team within the same channel.
  • Leverage data to analyse trends and refine future plans .
  • Use internal tools to create clarity around customer plans for all internal partners.
  • Actively collaborate with other internal departments.
  • Ensure all sales activities align with company commercial policies and industry regulations.
