Bring your commercial expertise to the table by building and delivering solid commercial plans and contributing to the success of the LEGO ® Group !
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and commercial solutions to expand Grocery and unexplored channels.
- Manage key Grocery customers by building strong joint business plans, data-driven forecasts, and consistent promotional plans.
- Negotiate and close annual agreements while improving the impact of the assigned budget throughout the year.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as the face of LEGO® Italy.
- Align product listings with shopper insights and customer needs.
- Coordinate the work of the Field Sales team within the same channel.
- Leverage data to analyse trends and refine future plans .
- Use internal tools to create clarity around customer plans for all internal partners.
- Actively collaborate with other internal departments.
- Ensure all sales activities align with company commercial policies and industry regulations.
