MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in selling consulting services, complex software, Software Development and Advisory services.
  • Preferably a network of engagement within Salesforce Australia.
  • Demonstrated track record of building quality well qualified pipeline, generating revenue and achieving targets.
  • Ability to drive complex bids for enterprise clients.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
  • Execute Mav3rik’s Go-to-Market sales strategy in line with overall business goals.
  • Focus on priority industries and accounts to drive targeted growth.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective clients.
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline, including accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Drive consistent sales activity to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
  • Apply the MEDDPICC framework across all sales opportunities to improve deal qualification and close rates.
  • Own and execute against a structured sales plan for your assigned territory.
  • Work closely with delivery, marketing, and pre-sales teams to shape and convert opportunities.
