JOB SUMMARY:

Naqdi, a fast-growing Forex brokerage based in Dubai, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through client acquisition and strategic partnerships. This role is critical to expanding our regional and international footprint by targeting high-net-worth individuals, retail clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and institutional clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in the Forex/financial services industry, excellent relationship management skills, and a passion for results.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in business development or sales in Forex, CFD, or financial services.
  • Proven success in client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Strong understanding of Forex trading platforms, IB programs, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new clients, IBs, and affiliates to grow the company’s trading volume and revenue.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners, ensuring exceptional service and retention.
  • Develop and implement targeted business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Represent Naqdi in industry events, expos, and conferences to build brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support lead generation and client onboarding.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and areas for differentiation.
  • Deliver regular reports on pipeline development, client feedback, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Stay updated with UAE SCA regulations, and ensure all business development activities remain compliant.
