JOB OVERVIEW

Build sales of plastics compounds for Orinko Advanced Plastics business in North America, focusing on translating commercial success from China with key customers, markets, applications, and products.

Responsibilities

· Develop business growth plan utilizing Chinese customer relations and market experience to build a North American customer base.
· Obtain new material approvals at Tiers and OEMS (initial focus on Appliance, Industrial Market)
· Increase Orinko Advanced Plastics sales revenue and gross margin.
· Identify and set targets for customers, application and products for base business plan.
· Meet customers and present Orinko products and technology, promote new business, respond to customer inquiries within 8 hours, respond new inquiries and opportunities.
· Support customer needs (commercial, technical, quality), responding to questions and providing assistance as business priority.
· Report business activities, customer call reports, track project activity, provide input for monthly report and annual business plan, track success.
· Build and maintain customer relationship through regular meetings, presentations, and entertainment.
· Manage travel and entertainment budget.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Licensures, and Certifications)
· 4-year collage degree (Technology preferred)
· Prefer fluent in Chinese language
· 3 year sales experience in thermoplastics or in thermoplastic parts
· Experience in thermoplastic resins (PP, ABS, PS, PA6, PA66, POM, PC, PBT)
· Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office (Power Point and Excell required)
