Responsibilities

This role is focused on driving revenue growth across Europe by expanding the merchant base. The Senior Business Development Manager will identify new opportunities, build a pipeline of potential clients, own the sales cycle, and negotiate deals that drive revenue. The Senior Business Development Manager will report to the VP and work closely with internal teams such as Account Development, Product, Marketing, and Integrations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to presenting services and finalising contracts.

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant opportunities in European markets.

Coordinate with the Integration team to ensure seamless implementation of services and successful go-live for our customers.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (PSPs and PAM platforms) to circulate the company’s value proposition and drive sales activity.

Engage in and support key industry marketing initiatives, such as conferences, events, and meetups.

Responsible for positioning the business as a market leader and thought leader, while creating new opportunities for sales and revenue growth.
