We're building The World’s Most Rewarding Way to Shop — and looking for bold, driven individuals to join us. \n Your Adventure Ahead Own and drive the full Enterprise sales cycle, from identifying and engaging senior decision-makers to negotiating and closing high-value, long-term partnerships Acquire, grow, and retain strategic Enterprise merchant partners, consistently delivering quarter-on-quarter revenue growth and sustainable value creation Lead structured business reviews with Enterprise merchants, providing data-driven insights, performance analysis, and clear growth recommendations Act as a trusted advisor to merchant partners by developing a deep understanding of their commercial objectives, operational needs, and success metrics Partner closely with product and integration teams to prioritise merchant requirements, address feature gaps, and deliver scalable solutions that meet enterprise expectations Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, and internal stakeholders to design and execute growth initiatives that accelerate merchant performance and drive ShopBack’s strategic goals Essentials to Succeed Minimum 7 years of Business Development / Account management experience in the tech/payments space Passionate about working on a wide portfolio of Enterprise accounts Strong negotiator and proven sales track record, with ability to navigate complex sales cycles with large enterprise clients; A problem-solver who’s not discouraged by failure or mistakes Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good analytical skills A self-starter and motivated individual with can’t-is-not-an-option attitude; Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining high level of accuracy of the work Self-motivated and driven to help build a successful business in a startup environment Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Cursor) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale. \n ShopBackers' DNA Grit - We tackle all challenges head-on, working together to solve problems and achieve success.
