We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our growing team and help expand our footprint across new markets. We do have an office in Limassol, so if you're based is Cyprus - great! But it's not a must. Responsibilities Manage a full sales cycle, from lead prospecting to deal closures with advertising agencies and app developers. Conduct market research, build pipelines, and set targets together with the CSM and management team to ensure we are pursuing the right clients. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to identify needs and growth opportunities. Work in a performance-driven environment, with clear targets and goals. Represent the company at relevant conferences, meetings, and business trips. Requirements 3+ years of experience in sales or business development within Ad Tech, digital marketing, or related industries. Proven experience in Mobile Apps User Acquisition - Significant advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills. “Hunter” mindset – always seeking new opportunities to grow the business. Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-level. Strong English skills (verbal and written). Proven ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with great attention to detail. Skilled in identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions. Excellent listening and negotiation abilities. BA/BSc degree.
