In this role, you will have a significant impact on driving revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients. Your main responsibilities will involve identifying sales opportunities and developing strategic plans to penetrate new markets. Bring new business to existing and new clients. Exceed sales revenue quotas through prospecting and developing relationships. Identify and qualify sales opportunities using a consultative approach. Negotiate contractual terms and conditions for employment services. Develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans. Present service offerings to prospective clients. Maintain ongoing relationships with prospective clients. Prepare and submit proposals for staffing services. Develop and execute sales plans and activities. Coordinate onboarding of new clients with Recruitment & Account Management Team. Manage existing and new accounts ensuring client needs are met. Stay informed on market trends and attend networking events. Requirements At least 5 years of experience in marketing/sales. Self-motivated and proactive in approach.
