Responsibilities
  • Use a consultative sales approach to close new software sales across all our distinct SaaS modules
  • Qualify and follow up inbound leads via discovery calls
  • Give bespoke web demos to prospective clients to match needs with solutions
  • Account management of existing clients to secure renewals and develop growth business
  • Deliver product training to new and existing accounts
  • Support the marketing team to develop and improve lead generation by gathering case studies and customer reviews
  • Use your networking and referral skills to generate additional qualified leads for yourself
  • Assist with trade shows around the world, and marketing campaigns e.g. webinars and podcasts
  • Log all activities in our CRM (Zoho)
