Role Purpose As a Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) you will leverage Superloop's industry leading network and security solutions to acquire new customers in the large business / enterprise sectors. You will utilise your strong background in enterprise sales to effectively position Superloop's SASE (SD-WAN and SSE), internet, dark fibre, and international services to new customers, and be personally responsible for consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage new enterprise and large business opportunities to expand the Superloop customer base, develop new customer relationships, and meet sales targets. Analyse market intelligence and formulate sales and territory plans. Effectively manage a sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide accurate reports around sales plans and opportunity forecasts. Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, engaging with internal & external stakeholders. Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure that customer operational and commercial outcomes are fulfilled via the utilisation of Superloop products and services. Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 5-8 years’ large business sales experience, with a focus on new business development. Experience operating within the high value technology industry (information communications and technology). Experience selling SASE (SD-WAN, SSE) highly desirable. Adept at understanding and selling business solutions including connectivity and managed security services. Demonstrated experience in managing multiple complex opportunities. Multi-level B2B selling skills with strong commercial acumen. Competent at presenting and negotiating value propositions with C-Level / senior executives. Ability to build strong internal relationships, and influence stakeholders of different functions and levels. Excellent organisational and time management skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure. The ability to maintain calm in difficult situations and think strategically to resolve problems. Superior written and verbal communication skills and an attitude to win collaboratively.
