YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years in commercial roles, with a strong emphasis on contract negotiations and regulatory compliance
• Proven track record in out licensing or B2B business development.
• Experience in regulatory, legal/IP matters is highly valued
• Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities with a focus on achieving success
• High numeracy and analytical skills with a commercial focus
• Excellent business partnering, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to develop and execute commercial strategies from lead generation to sales
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines
• Strong skills in project management
• Comfortable working independently while delivering results in a collaborative environmentDeep understanding of the generic pharmaceutical industry and ability to navigate a fast-paced, multifaceted environment
