Position Overview On behalf of our client, Asiacruit is seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth for US Accounting Offshoring services. This role will focus on identifying and closing new enterprise and mid-market opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, and building long-term client relationships across the United States. The successful candidate will partner with sales, delivery, and marketing teams to drive pipeline, shape offerings, and ensure successful onboarding and retention of new clients. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role offers significant autonomy, measurable impact, and opportunities for career progression. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Pipeline Management: Prospect, qualify, and advance leads across enterprise and mid-market segments. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM best practices and provide accurate forecasts and sales activity reports. Client Acquisition & Deal Execution: Lead end-to-end sales cycles including discovery, proposal development, commercial negotiation, and closing. Design tailored commercial and service models for US-based clients seeking accounting offshoring solutions. Solution Design & Value Proposition: Collaborate with delivery, finance, and product teams to package scalable offshoring solutions (bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, payroll support, month-end, financial reporting). Articulate clear value propositions that address cost, quality, compliance, and scalability. Relationship Management & Client Success Handover: Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders including CFOs, controllers, and finance leaders. Coordinate smooth handovers to delivery and ensure SLAs and client expectations are met during onboarding. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor US market trends, competitive landscape, pricing dynamics, and regulatory considerations that impact offshoring decisions. Use insights to refine messaging and product positioning. Sales Enablement & Process Improvement: Contribute to sales playbooks, templates, pricing guidelines, and proposal materials. Mentor and support junior sellers and collaborate on improving sales processes and GTM effectiveness. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to develop targeted campaigns, with legal and compliance on contract terms, and with delivery on resource planning to ensure capacity and quality for new engagements. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred. Relevant industry certifications are a plus. Experience: 7+ years of B2B sales or business development experience selling outsourcing, accounting services, software-enabled services, or professional services into the US market. Proven track record of closing enterprise or mid-market deals. Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of US accounting functions (accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping, payroll, month-end close, financial reporting) and the value drivers for offshoring these services. Commercial Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop pricing models, build compelling commercial cases, and negotiate contracts with senior finance stakeholders. Communication & Presentation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions clearly to C-level and finance teams. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), proposal and quoting tools, Microsoft Excel, and virtual meeting platforms.
