ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager/Account Executive to lead our growth efforts across New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland. This hybrid role is ideal for a senior sales executive with deep understanding of Project Resourcing for large Digital Transformation engagements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead business development strategy across New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland, initially targeting the enterprise sector.
  • Able to navigate complex procurement processes
  • Drive new business pursuits and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Manage complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through to solution development and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to craft fit-for-purpose solutions across managed services, Microsoft Business Applications, cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure.
  • Develop and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and translating them into business outcomes.
  • Represent the business at industry events and forums to build brand awareness and network.
