Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Officer to join our Emerging Channels team. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing and enhancing our B2B relationships with Tier 1 FMCG brand customers and B2B platform customers such as Shopee Supermarket, LazMart, Edamama, Sari-Suki, PandaMart, and others. You will ensure seamless execution of brand strategies, timely inventory management, and successful product launches across these platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to maximize sales and growth opportunities for both brands and platforms. Collaborate with brand partners to execute brand strategies effectively on the platforms. Ensure timely execution of promotional activities and maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for maximization. Work closely with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of plans and strategies. Resolve client issues and act as the key point of contact between customers and internal teams. Negotiate trading terms with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Generate leads for potential platform partnerships and participate in prospective client meetings. Submit weekly reports as requested by management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or other relevant courses. At least 3-4 years of demonstrated account management experience in the FMCG or e-commerce industry. Preferably with experience in managing online platforms or key account management in FMCG companies. Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong business acumen and ability to work well under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities. Familiarity with inventory management and e-commerce analytic tools.
