JOB DESCRIPTION

• Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new clients in the IT Services & Consulting space.
• Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Sales Strategy: Design and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Market Analysis: Research industry trends,market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Professional Services Expertise: Demonstrate a clear understanding of professional services, including staffing, project-based solutions, and managed services.
• Presentations and Proposals: Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including delivery and technical teams, to ensure successful project implementation.
• Sales Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on sales metrics and progress against targets.

REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ experience in sales or business development within the IT Services & Consulting industry
• Proven ability to acquire new clients and achieve sales targets in the APAC region.
• Strong understanding of professional services, including IT staffing and consulting solutions.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting software.
