Description

DoctusTech is looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to support our organization’s continued growth! The SDR is a part of DoctusTech’s first-class Sales Team and will become a product knowledge expert while focusing on building pipelines and identifying key decision makers to increase sales. Our goal is to help you develop your career in sales through hands-on training, development, and advancement. Who is DoctusTech? DoctusTech makes it easier for physician groups to transition to value-based systems of care. By giving healthcare providers access to the tools they need, such as our innovative HCC coding app and integrated platform. We believe the future of medicine is built on value-based systems. We help providers accelerate the move from fee-for-service to value-based care. Our performance-driven platform aggregates and simplifies data so doctors can make better clinical decisions while spending more time with patients. We drive clinical impact by leveraging predictive A.I and Natural Language Processing. We are reimagining traditional HCC coding services and risk adjustment services.

What you bring to the table:

  • Research new prospects, new contacts, make phone calls, introduce our services and book meetings
  • Background in healthcare an asset.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding goals
  • Experience working within a CRM is an asset
  • 2-5+ years experience working in a Business Development role, with a proven track record of success in Healthcare SaaS or any SaaS company.
  • Attend industry conferences to introduce DoctusTech to new prospects and understand the latest industry trends
  • Experience selling software/technology, outsourcing or similar technical services an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree minimum

    Able to work independently and as a team player in coordinating and driving sales processes Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Aggressive self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
