    What We’re Looking For: We need a rockstar Senior Business Development Representative who crushes quotas! You’re based in Fredericton or Moncton, NB, and thrive on team collabs in the office. Your communication skills? Top-notch. You’re a pro with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator. Bonus points if you know the Microsoft tech stack!
    Our BDR team is the heartbeat of our business growth, finding new, quality opportunities and creating a “top of funnel” pipeline for our Account Executives.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in business-to-business sales development. Open to continuous learning, coachable, and acts as a positive example and mentor to more junior business development representatives.
  • Highly motivated and success-driven in a team environment.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Strong objection handling skills.
  • IT industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify key target accounts.
  • Conduct research to compile contact lists for campaigns.
  • Execute multi-step sales campaigns.
  • Align messaging with target audiences and their challenges.
  • Source SQLs through outbound calls, emails, and inbound follow-up.
  • Gather customer and market insights to refine outreach strategies.
