Job Description We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to lead our next wave of growth in Ontario. You are a seasoned SaaS sales professional with both strategic hunting skills and an established network in the healthcare ecosystem, particularly among clinics, group practices, and regional health partners. This is not an entry-level SDR position. It’s an opportunity for an ambitious professional to play a key role in expanding our footprint in Ontario, and grow into a management role as market traction expands. Proactively identify, qualify, and engage new prospects across assigned territories. Leverage your existing network to initiate and accelerate new opportunities. Manage contract negotiation Book high-quality group demos and introductory meetings with family physicians and clinic leaders. Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to orchestrate high-impact group demos and secure actionable next steps, leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills. Maintain consistent activity volume (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, events) while focusing on conversion quality. Represent the company at regional healthcare events, conferences, and partner meetings. Use Salesforce and integrated tools to track outreach activities, opportunities, and demo bookings. Support continuous feedback loops with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market approaches. Qualifications 5–8 years of experience in SaaS sales (preferably health technology, digital health, or EMR-adjacent solutions). Proven prospecting and outreach skills, with consistent demo-booking or pipeline-generation success. Based in Toronto, York, or Durham regions. Frequent travel availability (regional and interprovincial). Strong healthcare network and relationships with clinics, physicians, or healthcareorganizations. Excellent communication, organization, and CRM discipline. A motivated, autonomous professional seeking career growth toward sales management within 2–5 years.
