Location: Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Suzhou On-site Full-time What you’ll do Expand business in China’s e-commerce market to support the implementation of the company’s annual strategic goals. Execute business development plans by acquiring new clients and achieving regional sales targets. Establish and maintain strong partnerships with ecosystem partners, market stakeholders, and customers in the assigned region. Build potential collaborations with service providers, industry associations, media, and alliance organizations in the cross-border e-commerce sector. Support and participate in marketing activities organized by the Marketing and Business Development teams, including presentations; also engage in relevant industry events. Provide regular reports to the Regional Business Director. Who you are Bachelor’s degree or above. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing; candidates with exceptional capabilities may be considered with less experience. Proven track record of performance; candidates with extensive experience in cross-border e-commerce and industry resources (e.g., ERP systems, Alibaba International, cross-border logistics, cross-border apps, etc.) are preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English are preferred but not mandatory. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
