YOUR MISSION

We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Business Development Executive to support the growth of our Agentic AI applications by nurturing inbound and outbound leads, building strategic relationships, and helping to convert early interest into real pipeline value.
Sitting within the Marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Director, this role will work closely with Sales to create, qualify, and progress high-quality opportunities. It will also involve crafting messaging and materials that resonate, and ensuring our go-to-market activities generate sales-qualified leads (SQLs) that align with business goals.

You’ll also support campaign execution, craft impactful outreach and follow-up materials, and ensure Sales receives well-qualified leads that align with our go-to-market strategy. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both the creative and commercial sides of business development - combining insight, initiative, and collaboration to drive measurable results

  • Work closely with Sales and the Head of Digital to define, qualify, and progress high-quality leads
  • Collaborate with the Head of Digital to ensure lead scoring, intent signals, and qualification criteria are aligned with campaign goals and business priorities
  • Qualify and nurture inbound leads, ensuring timely and relevant follow-up based on buyer engagement and behavior
  • Support outbound campaigns by identifying high-potential prospects and tailoring outreach materials and messaging
  • Craft compelling nurture sequences, outreach copy, and value-led collateral aligned to key customer personas
  • Track, measure, and report on lead quality, conversion, and pipeline contribution using Salesforce and other platforms
  • Maintain a strong feedback loop between Marketing, Sales, and Digital to continually refine targeting, messaging, and qualification processe
