Boeing Global Services - Government (BGS-G) supports military and government operations around the world through innovative and reliable service offerings, ensuring mission readiness and effectiveness for our customers. The BGS-G Domestic Business Development & Strategy (BD&S) team is seeking a Capture Team Lead (CTL) to lead key campaigns for BGS-G Mobility and Training Aircraft Services (M&TAS) on the C-17 Platform.
This role is a critical part of BGS-G’s M&TAS growth strategy, offering the opportunity to lead key capture efforts, shape strategy, and support new business development across a diverse and evolving services portfolio. This is a high-impact, high-visibility opportunity to influence strategy and drive business outcomes across a dynamic market. This role requires close collaboration with Program Management, Finance, and various Functional Leadership.
