We are looking for a talented Senior Business Development Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team specializing in Sales for our CDD Gensets Department in Gross-Gerau, Hessen, Germany. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within a specific market, product segment, or region. * Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to define and prioritize attractive market segments. * Analyze market data and trends to support strategic decision-making. * Research potential customers and understand their business needs, challenges, and terminology. * Build and maintain relationships with target accounts to uncover new opportunities. * Support the development of account plans, proposals, and business cases. * Contribute to closing new sales opportunities and ensure smooth handover to Account Managers. * Share market insights and customer feedback while supporting overall sales strategy and business growth.
