POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team at WestPac. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our agency partners, promoting our commercial and personal lines products, expanding our footprint and supporting various marketing initiatives. Your technical expertise in insurance products, industry trends, and communication skills will be key to helping us expand our footprint and enhance our market presence.

Salary: $90k-$100k DOE plus commission, expected total compensation between $115k-$150k
