About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant. The Senior Business Execution Consultant for Global Receivables and Trade (GRT) will drive large‑scale business execution and strategic initiatives, product management rigor, and strategic alignment across the GRT product suite. This role focuses on enabling GRT’s revenue, risk, product, and operational objectives through disciplined execution, cross‑functional leadership, and deep partnership across Product, Technology, Control, Risk, and Business Operations teams. This role supports transformation, resiliency, and delivery of critical GRT initiatives, including product enhancements, risk/control improvements, business process modernization, monitoring, and enterprise program alignment. In this role, you will: Partner with Product Managers, Technology Leads, and Controls to deliver long‑term, large‑scale solutions supporting GRT product growth objectives Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group Monitor, track, and communicate evolving market and client needs, competitors, and emerging potential disruptions Translate business priorities into structured execution plans with clear milestones, success criteria, risk considerations, and stakeholder engagement. Support the development and execution of GRT’s monitoring cycles Strengthen operational risk management, ensuring GRT processes adhere to enterprise frameworks and risk mitigation expectations. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional initiatives in complex, highly matrixed environments. Strong understanding of financial products, preferably within Global Receivables & Trade or Commercial Banking. Strong product management discipline knowledge and experience Collaborative leadership across technical and non‑technical teams Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high‑stakes initiatives Executive‑level communication and influence Familiarity with GRT products, Cabinet processes, product monitoring cycles, or trade finance technologies. Experience with operational risk frameworks, control uplift activities, and cross‑system impact analysis. Advanced communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
